Um hey, hello! you just described perfectly the SCRA.

1. We stick to fighter/bomber for 95% of our crew, we have caps, but they're for the very high ups only, and then only 3 of them.

2. We go everywhere. All parts of Sirius have seen an SCRA member

3. we've got it. spouting socialist ideals throughout, and quite well developed characters too.

4. meh, sounds pvp-whorish, but since everyone's hostile to us, we tend to get into more than a few scrapes...like pretty much every time we log on.

5. SCRA is quite well organized, and many players are active every day. Large operations are far between, but that's because we're busy training and plotting (insert evil laugh here)
