Borderworld Ships

Ok, I think we've established that BW ships are INDEED civilian. What about the Falcata though? It says BW, but it also says that the OCs created it. What would you guys say it is? I want to see what the community thinks and what the majoritiy is.

Note that none of the original BW ships say ANYTHING in the infocard about pirates, Outcasts, etc. They just say that they're a good choice for anyone who finds themselves in the Borderworlds. The Falcata specifies OC design, so I'd say it's Outcast. If we're gonna have a real BW bomber, I say we should make a new one.
