hard to see the text when it's scaled down, too much blur effect on the images as well. Try to use a color on the text different than the oclor in the background/character images, so that it stands out a little better.

I wanted to keep it very monochrome, and boring/professional looking. Didn't want anything to -stand- out. Hey, I accomplished it!:P

And for the effect, meh. I like it blurred.

You should increase the contrast more before blurring it like that.
