Although I don't think GMG flying IMG Gunboats would require Special RP Approval, your point is correct.
I'll hold off on the IMG relations. We'll leave that for future use, and for now we can hold off on the GBs, or set up the Clotho as an R&D Explorer also used for defensive purposes.

One thing, since there will only be three Gunboats at most, the naming convention will not be the same as the transports. Let's keep it different.

Guild Defense Ship. Since these will be the core, dire usage ships rarely seen in typical combat situations. Also, this shows their presence much cleaner, and will hopefully make pirates think twice before deciding to raid Sigma-13.

Introduction:
We, the Gas Miner's Guild are the main supplier of H-Fuel to the four houses in Sirius. We defend our space against all intruders, fending off our enemies with our superior tactics in Nebula fighting. We will slip in, take down our target, and move out. In the recent years, we have moved away from 13 and deeper into the Sigmas, looking for more deposits of H-Fuel to mine, and sell off for profit. We must fight off both Corsairs and Outcasts, making their homes in our space, making life everyday a struggle to retain the foundations for our wealth. Although we have the resources and the Money to invest in large capital ships, they do not match our way of fighting, nor do we care for showing them off. We have however attained 3 gunboat class vessels, for the defense of our stations, though we retain pride in our small ship fighting skills.

This division is in charge of the security of our convoys, miners, and the protection of our space.

|Lieutenant|
The bread and butter of our veteran pilots, who have proved themselves worthy.
May fly any bomber; May fly any civilian line fighter and Taiidan HF; must not fly Stinger or Vipers Limited to ten at any given time
|Rookie|
A fighter or bomber pilot yet to prove themselves, yet eager to try. they are the newest recruits of the Security Division, and will make up the number in large scale fighting
