not really relevant as I don't think they act much like terrorist anymore...except maybe in Kusari but the NPG ID is another terrorist ID...

Pilot carrying this ID has joined Nova PowerGen. NovaPG ID grants its owner right to scan other ships and demand cargo (not allowed for cruisers and battleships), engage bounty hunters and lawfuls, fulfil bounty contracts, participate in military operations on unlawful side, trade, and commit acts of terrorism. NovaPG ID owners cannot join lawful forces.
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats, Cruisers (limited), Battleships (limited)

Server rules and the IDs contradict themselves.

Server rules state that a terrorist IDed person has to demand cargo/credits. The ID says that they cannot. The admins have also stated that they cannot.

Keepers and Wilde are also Terrorist IDs, just ask the traders around Rheinland how annoying those Wilde GBs are....

Also, Phantoms can, will, and do blow away anything and everything with all sorts of ships. Even an Osiris. My poor GB.

yea, it pisses me off seeing the phantoms using osiris battleships when the order are direct enemies to them. Those guys need more restrictions, but you cant expect much from an admin-controlled faction.

Well, from personal experience, I have had a terrorist stop me, demand cargo, then immediately kill me. I didn't even have time to comply. A lot of pirates are getting the same way.....

Outcast ships would be my preference. The phantoms work with criminal organizations like the outcasts/corsairs and their allies. Their purpose is to destabalize and destroy the house governments in Sirius - which the order is trying to protect. They work for an alien race, which the order is at war with.

There's no way to even explain a phantom getting his hands on an osiris to begin with.

Make us a battleship then... the Osiris is sold on the phantom base, along with the Raven Claw before anyone tries to take issue with that.

Corsair guns are sold on buffalo base, rogues still cant use them.

The GMG stinger fighter is sold on a Samura base, samura cant use them.

The admins themselves have said that just because something is sold on a base you can dock at doesnt mean it's in rp for you to use it =P
