I'm putting forward some faces in Rheinland.

LWB|Wesley Richter - He's pretty hated man in Rheinland as well as notorious Olaf Streithorst would be a good feature on any list.

[RHA]Kaspar.Meisnerr - The leader of misfits and troublemakers would fetch a good price. And would undoubtedly make a fine Queen of Hearts in any deck :P

[RHA]Hagen_v.Seelenburg and [RHA]Ferdinand.Gryneus, the up-and-coming duo of pilots who give any man a run for their money.

As well as bunch of more high profile LWB and VF) pilots, like Herrer Steinlaufer, Bauer etc.

Well, the managed list I'm going to be putting up will be for RPed characters that have large bounties, not simply faction leaders and ace pilots (although these may be good reasons to have large bounties).

I would have to say Mon'Star would definitely be on there. And that one Harvester that does all that pirating.

Also, [NLH]Marburg, for being such a major Bretonian terrorist type. And Bretonia never gets enough attention.

id assume [HF]-Aethelu could try to get on that list. after all, hes caused enough death in liberty in both his gb and his bomber, even newborns know to runawai if Aethelu is coming.:P

on a serious note, Aethelu would (and is) wanted for murder, destruction of LPI, LN, and LSF property, destruction of Independant warships, disruption of trade going in and out of Liberty, robbing regular LN convoys bringing in weapons and equipment, and dealing with the nomads (Aethelu is directly involved with the keepers, Seth (now called Keepers.Sekhmet ) ). and, pretty much executing acts of terrorism (in the eyes of the lawfuls, but in his eyes, its the cleansing of the corruption)

You will compile a list based on the bounties filed for individuals? Right? Those who have a top dollar fetching price will automatically go the top. So if someone puts a 20 million for Joe.Nobody and Wesley fetches only say a pitiful 50k the Joe.Nobody is more wanted than Wesley?

I think it should be so. Otherwise keeping a list will not work well. I mainly tossed some prominent individuals around Rheinland that someone out there might want to be bountied.

Just clarify the rules how to file a proper bounty to be accounted for while making a list...

I agree. However, I would like it to have both players consent to the character's image and wanted poster being put up, so that we could have some good RP through collaboration. I for one, and the rest of us ego-monkeys, would gladly provide an image and backstory to our bountied characters.

We will also need aid from the police factions, of which the BPA has already set a positive example, in bounties being put up. I think that corporate, and even unlawful factions could help here. I'm thinking of making a lawful bounty board, and an unlawful one (maybe two in some cases... I imagine the GC and Hogosha would use separate boards), for each major region.

if there was a Oorp bounty list, id be on it XD

but apart from that, i dnt think id be on it, my chars dont make alot of appearences, even if im online.

but apart from that,

Each faction would have a seperate bounty list... since you cant class one person number 1. you just cant tell, or have say... a Kusari lawful bounty list and a Unlawful one.
