However, when he got to the latest Legate registration, the.. Dariano, he reached to his left, on a top shelf, for a box. Blowing the dust off of the box, clearly not used very often, he opened and pulled out a large jewel encrusted stamp and subsequently stamped the Dariano registration. Leaving a scarlet red 'DENIED' behind on the paper. "three lines for a legate registration.. people these days..." McGoo rolled his eyes.

This one was rebuilt using a wrecked hull found in Amarus Cloud near Freeport 5, i guess it was seriously damaged in combat and abandoned when it was unable to go further, i was looking on it for long (almost 2 years), but nobody came to fix it and we considered it abandoned.)
Then WANDERERS went onboard, the hull was repaired to be able to jump to Omicron 74, where our engineers remain repairing it using both zoner (mostly) and (really expensive and difficult to find) corsair supplies.

allowed to assist the OPG at anytime. I am able to halt enemies, or traders holding contraban. Sometimes i go out a little further. I always return to crete. I take orders directly from Gentle, and i would not listen to other elders besides Gentle, if there word, or his are agenst each other. I am not a OPG, but more of an Assist, sir.
The only times i inferfere with a pirating corsair, is if his target runs, then i follow and help eliminate his target.

Captain, I have serious reservations about your license application. First to the part I have underlined above. Corsair Captain's have to be beholden to the word of the Council of Elders, no matter what a single Elder thinks, the word of the Council is law. You seem to state these things with some kind of disdain for the other Elders of the Corsair nation, which is completely unacceptable for a Captain of the Corsair fleet. The time of infighting between the Corsair faction is behind us, and we will not let independent Captain's such as yourself sow the seeds of division between us.
Not to the heart of your application. Omega 3 is indeed a far trip for a cruiser and it takes considerable resources to send and bring back, resources that we Corsairs do not have in abundance. Also your comments about stopping traders carrying contraband in your cruiser are completely unacceptable as those action conflict drastically with our fleets standard operating procedure. (//As it is against the server rules for pirates in cruisers to stop traders, also the part about stopping fleeing traders, which will also get you a sanction.//)
Also Captain you seem to want to wander around or ZOI without any real purpose or goal. I would suggest coordinating your operations with the Council so that instead of wandering aimlessly, you can be part of organized, coordinated operations directed to destroy the power of our enemies.
