I'm one of the lucky ones... i get a ping of 30-43 on the USA server

Most likely because of the International pipe from my country to the Czech Republic, USA, and any other place on the "real world" (read, anywhere but Argentina:().

I remember that there were some Brazilians playing on disco some time ago. As far as I know, they never had any ping problems.
