Isabelle literally made a facepalm what kind of moron is that...
She approached the... thing.
She wasn't afraid - there's worse than some cardamine ravaged corpse. Much worse.
But it's not like she ever was afraid to fight. Fear disappeared in her long ago. So did many other humanly emotion, she sometime felt more artificially than anything else.
Probably the consequence of pushing the human body to its final limits in order to create the most advanced super soldiers Liberty could have dreamed of...
"I would love to solve this with words. I could say I am, say, probably going to overpower you in a few seconds. But, I doubt you will listen to me, so I will juste state that," she glanced at her watch quickly, "your ship is probably being locked down and sent to the trash compactor, right now."
She pushed slightly the handle of her blade, unsheathing her katana by a few centimeters as if offering him the choice. Really, I'd have expected anything in a tavern but this...
the guards continue to tremble, "sir, im going to have to arrest you, Outcast's are not aloud"
"hmmmm i see, but could you hold on while i try to talk to this lady"
"sir you must leave" should i kill them? no no i shouldn't, gotta keep my manners, MANNERS?? IM AN OUTCAST!
"sir your uhhhh un..d..er.. arre..st" trying to get the handcuff on him
the creature launches at the first guards neck, fliping behind him and grabbing hold. His evil hand simmers right through the flesh of the guard.
the creature looks at the 2nd guard. "you wana try sonething?"
the guard runs away in fear never to return....or so we think....
The lady' side kick was already catching him square in the jaw.
A loud "crack" could be heard.
"You heard what the lady said. You might look like a zombie and have sharp fingernails, but I have my doubts on wether you can beat an ex libertonian commando colonel."
She fully unsheathed the katana blade. She definitively knew how to use it.
"Seriously."
Isabelle paried - her movements were incredibly fast, but her small size and light weight explained this fairly well. She raised her blade at mid level, such that any melee attack against her upper body would be overtly suicidal.
"There's no such thing as cheapshots in a fight."
"Only victory and death."
The local Kusari state police suddenly stormed in the room, shooting chain nets at the intruder, perfect neutraliser weapons. Isabelle expected them to arrive somewhere close to that moment; after all the tavern was within the imperial starport, and the police starport garisson was just next door.
She smirked lightly,
"Next time, maybe you should understand a tavern is not your favorite boxing arena, outcast. Enjoy your interrogation... if you can still feel pain."
before they could get a solid shot at him the creature runs for his ship
when finally there he turns around launches a bazooka at the guards and shoots a couple blaster shots at the lady one managed to hit her foot but the others missed
Someone got to explain to me where he got out a bazooka out of nowhere... Isabelle thought, frowning as she looked at her feet. The shot bounced away harmlessly over her armoured boots.
As to the policemen, they looked more dazzed than anything, the explosive - was it even an explosive or merely a smoke grenade? having been shot completely randomly. She heard over the news the state police were giving chase to some outcast craft.
Within a few hours, the tavern was back to normal, as if nothing ever hapenned.
Rukuu Ochi watches the action from the table he was standing over, letting the large number of KNF and Police handle it. But after the bazooka was fired he jumped to the ground and pulled out his pistol. Firing after being deafened from a large explosion was not a good idea, he thought after every shot hit the wall behind the outcast. Rukuu safeties and holsters his pistol as the Outcast bolts across New Tokyo towards his ship in dock. there has to be a way to scan for those scum before they hit planet side he thinks before looking towards the commotion in the bar. Rukuu walks towards Isabelle as she stares blankly as her foot. "How does scum like that land on my planet?" he asks loudly looking at the General.

Isabelle shrugged slowly;
"I have no idea, sir. I'd have thought the patrol from fleet command would have stopped such an obvious individual. And then, in the worst case, the planetary shield should have fried him. I'll guess whoever he was, his ship wasn't broadcasting quite correctly and he managed to smuggle himself down there - how? No idea. I'm sorry if it caused any inconvenience... I am not personally in charge of New Tokyo airspace control, but I guess I am equally responsible..."
She sighed slowly. How could that happen at all.
Next time she'll remember to make a mess of the next outcast asteroid she was going to fly by...
Rukuu looks blankly at the General for a moment before walking over to the bar and ordering more sake. "This is what we get when we have gaijin turn coats running our military" he mutters under his breath as he quickly drinks the cup in front of him. After looking around the bar and seeing the shock still left on the patron's faces he raises his glass and says to the crowd "We have seen an enemy of the Kusari people today and lived. He and all those like him will be hunted down and slaughtered like the dogs they are, take solace in that fact. So come, my friends and drink with me." He then places down several hundred credits at the bar and orders all the sake in the bar "There is sake here for all whom still believe in the spirit and resolve of the Kusari people."
