This is an official thread for reporting bugs found in the latest version of Discovery - Discovery 4.81 Final - and for proposing new features for future mod versions. If you feel that something's wrong with the mod, even if it's something minor, leave a message here.

Do not post anything related to server performance, characters etc., keep this thread only mod-related. Also please don't double post: if you have something minor to add to your previous post, better edit old post. This does not apply if you have something important to add or to discuss.

And, of course, you may comment on what others proposed or reported, post your general impressions and thoughts on the new version. Every opinion is valuable for making this mod better than it ever was.

I didn't find this until after you'd been on igiss, sorry.

BS schwerin in Omega 15 only gives out one mission at a time on the job board and they're all low level, from difficulty 3 to about 10 so far, a starflier could do them easily.

Also theres only the bartender to talk to, no-one else.

The Nomad Fighter only has a Light Fighter shield mount when it is classed as a Heavy Fighter.

I've been mildly miffed by one-shot weapons since their implementation, oh so long ago. I remember the days when fights were a matter of who could aim better, rather than who could aim a single shot. - Virus

Um i hoped u changed this for the final but i was playing beta 4 yesterday and i bought solaris cruiser guns and they suck! i paid 5mil for something that fires 8.33 and does 200 armour damage per shot. i thought chain guns fired faster! i could have bought 3 sky blast b turrets for a fraction of the price and got something better. I hope u changed these for the final release.

I just finished downloading the Final Version, and when it was complete, I got the following error message:
The central directory was not found in the archive (or you were trying to open not the last disk of a multi-disk archive)
Does anyone know what this actually means? I didn't do anything different from when I downloaded the other mods.

Damage of Solaris is all right. Normal cruiser weapons deal about 800 damage, and Cruiser Solaris deals 200 with 4x higher refire rate. Given increased rate, this weapon is more efficient than stock turrets.

Skyblast B is not mountable on cruisers.

Schwerin and Nomad Fighter will be fixed for next version, I wonder why no one reported since Fighter was in Discovery for more than a year now.

On Rostock base, it would be nice since it's right next to the BHG Home system if it gave out some high-end missions against both outcast & corsair capital ships.

yea the solaris guns r ok acctually i tried them out a bit mroe and found they we better then some of the guns i was using already lol. w/e other than that i have no complaints so far

I know I am not be the first to mention this bug, but it wasn't on this list, so I thought it best to put it here regardless. When playing earlier I found that several times, undocking from Detroit Munitions I would become stuck within the framework of the station which would, invariably result in my ship's demolition. I tried logging in and out, re-docking, simply going hell-for-leather at the walls and performing Nightfall's well thought-out procedure, however none of them worked. Detroit Munitions <-> Manhattan I'm sure is not an important trade route for many, but for low-cash beginners it's a quick dose of income.

yea that station is knowen to be bad for that. so many people have reported getting stuck in there and dying. I try an avoid it after all these horror stories i hear.
