yea i know posting names lets it "out of the bag" To be brutally honest, if i suspect it's wrong, i'll start off like i did. no names just general synopsis. after i find out it's wrong, and people are asking if it's one of thier pilots, i'll drop names. I took the time to read the forum rules, and though i may not understand what everything means(just take a look at the docking/undocking verification rule thingy. i thought it meant something else) I do understand the general principal of this game's RP. Basically you state what your gonna do. I like that. What i do not like is from my point of view as players who skirt around the rules or blantley abuse them out right. THIS AIN'T A PVP SERVER, and i don't want it to become one(and from what i hear the pvp server is off line, so those peeps came here, and i bet there's some who HATE rp) My ethos is this (Integrity is what you do when you know nobody will see you do it) I've never hid the fact that i'm Draqk Oakenskull nor will i ever hide the fact if/when i have other characters in this game. If that makes me un-moral because another was "skirtin" the rules and I dropped his name, then i stand by my descision.

Well just remember that when you want to ask about what was wrong, never post a name. The principe is easy, if you want to talk about it, dont say any names.If you want him/her to be punished, just report it with screensots to admins.
And about the server...yeah, a lot people who dont actually want to ( There is difference between learning how to RP and Dont want to RP) RP arrived as well, it spoils the fun, when you vant to RP and someone simply shoots you to dead , just because you were too close to him. And I dont mean that about this thread, but in general.

I have the pitchforks and the tiki torches covered, someone get some rope and make a noose. What we have here is a old fashioned forum lynching.
If you have questions, then ask them. If you have a problem with a person send in a sanction report.
Defamation of character with one sided stories is a forum trial, something not appreciated around here.
If drama is what you crave watch a daytime soap opera, horrible acting i know but excellently dubious plot lines.
If you have a problem, you talk to him, then sanction (if you wish). This was alright, because you were asking a question, but in the future, don't make a topic about a rule someone broke and say their name. I don't think you did here (sorry, tired and I've forgotten most of what was said), just for future reference.
If they've done something bad enough, sanction rather than dropping their name on the forum.
Anyways, a Molly generally shouldn't be in Liberty. On occasion perhaps, because their allies the Rogues are there, but nothing more than RPed diplomacy, meetings, or acquisition of hardware. A Molly should never be pirating in Liberty.
That said, the tag doesn't always rule. Check the ID if you think you see something fishy (though I know it's hard sometimes with them bearing down on you). You can't always rely on the tag, because sometimes it might be neutral, or simply off from mistakes and such. So if you thought you saw a Molly, you can't be sure unless you scan him and see the Molly ID. Of course, as I said, the vessel meant nothing, as it's flown by Liberty pirate factions as well.

Ack..earlier today/tonight I ran into that same GB in that same spot, he was with a group of others as well. I was in my newly comissioned Gunboat in the service of the Liberty Cutter Service, and I proceeded to indentify myself and inform him that it isn't my job to go about engage regular pirates, to that he responded with "2mil or die Navy" as if completely ignoring what I had said and who I was. So then I told him OOC that I did not have 2Mil, which I didn't and still don't, and he ignored that and just repeated himself again.
I'm not trying to flame or anything but it seems like Ft Bush is a hotspot for either OORP Pirates or Poorly formed ones, that's the second GB raid i've run into at Ft Bush this weekend. Not to mention Numerous OORP Corsairs docking with the Battleship....*Sigh*
I dunno, didn't mean to rant, this sort of thing just seems to be happening alot lately.
Ok pilots, you all been here a lot longer than i, so if you really hate the name dropping, so be it. Personally I don't see any problem in it. we all should check the forums, and if we're all checking the forums then us or one of our buddies would had seen the post. which gives more than enough for the "defendent" to come on and say yay or nay. To me i would rather name drop, cause as i said before i did discuss it with him but he doesn't see it as cheating. So like i siad in my prev. posts i don't think he should be banned, but somebody should talk to him on the matter. But, i'll not name drop any longer(well unless i have no other choise) in that case if i must, i'll take my verbage beatings:)
