Laowai admin poll

I detest when things like these become popularity contests. The other resons for voting no are mine, and mine alone. (Not like it matters)

If it's any consolation, I voted objectively based on my experiences alone.

You have to want to be an admin. He wants the job and by my reckoning he'll be level-headed and temperate about it.



Me, I'm a nice guy. But if I were an admin there would be a Stalin-esque purging and unexplained, uncondoned disappearances all over. I would abuse the hell out of my power.

Laowai wouldn't and for that reason he gets my vote.

Having worked for a good long while with Ben at this point, I have to say he has been an inspiration to me on how to treat people (I dont always follow it, but) He is one of the most level headed, fair minded, even keeled people who reside on this server. My only reservation is his time to spend with us in the Corsairs.



I will say I am surprised to here Ben's name here, as I would not think this would be a position he would strive for.

Don't forget that the admins saw fit to entrust him with a Terrorist ID for the XA's only GB. I've seen him use it, and am very impressed with his RP and responsibility.

Yes. The times I've confronted him in his GB were fun, fair, and well RP'd. Also, forum activity shows a pretty level guy. Zapp's got a great point with the Terrorist ID as well.

I made my decision based on my interactions with him, though few he shows himself as logical, polite, and rational.

Added to that he's a corsair elder, which carries a lot of responsibility, aswell as the terrorist ID, with a gunboat, he has already been given power and does not abuse it.

Thats why I chose yes, because he seems fair in his actions.
