Corsairs & Blood Dragons

Greetings Discovery,

If I'm correct in witch I do believe I am, Corsairs are not even close to being neutral to the Blood Dragon NPC Faction. Reason being is their close relationship with Outcasts. If I'm wrong please correct me. Also, This does not mean that you can sit next to a Junker Base and have a "Drink" with a Foe? I do believe that's Out Of Role Play?

Pretty sure they are openly hostile.

The blood dragons are rather loyal to kusari and wish to protect it, both from the corrupt government and from foreign dangers (aka corsairs)

However, Junkers do try and enforce a no-fire zone around their bases, and just because they're enemies doesn't mean they're going to be openly nasty to one another when on/around a neutral base.

Blood Dragons and Outcasts do not have as friendly a relationship as the ridiculous Vanilla infocards would have you believe.

However, that said, the Blood Dragons wouldn't look to kindly upon a Corsair, but as the Cretans are not imposing on Kusari nor have reason to openly attack Blood Dragons, I see no reason for open hostilities. Unfriendly seems more likely, since in RP the Dragons have more important matters in Kusari than fighting an unrelated pirate armada. I would expect hostilities to stay on a relatively self-defensive basis.

Yanagi is almost viewed as a freeport of sorts. Hell, on a freeport, a bounty hunter may have a drink with a Corsair (less likely, but I digress).

Actually the corsairs are seen encroaching on kusari in at least honshu..

Yes, Blood Dragons and Corsairs are hostile to each other. Though on Yanagi for instance were there is the No fire junker zone rule. Though this does not mean you have to be nice to them, rather you can verbally argue in RP, rather than fight.

Corsairs are allied to Hogosha/FA (main distributors of artifacts), one of the key enemies of the Dragons, so I should think tensions would ensue.

However, being enemies does not mean you have to hate the other side 24/7. We're all humans in Sirius (except for those blue, squishy types...), and there's no reason that pilots from opposing factions should not enjoy a drink together on a neutral station...but, remember that you've still got to shoot him in space...
