Well, Liberty-Kusari really just depends on what rubbish people you decide to run into that day.
Some days it'll be, "Konnichiwa, Libertonian! Safe flights!"
Other days it'll be somebody reading out of a tourist translation guide, "Be... G... G... Gon... e. Gaijin!" and then they'll proceed to hiss and spit poison... And repeat the message.
Liberty-Rheinland: Teetering on the brink of outright meanness.
Liberty-Bretonia: Cozy.
-Edit- More specifically, I think of it as neutral. The actual authorities are nice and welcoming, but the angry farmers and Hogosha posing as authorities usually try to expel you.
Also remember that Liberty are supplying Bretonia, Kusari's mortal enemy, with aide. Allies infact, a strange thing.
Though unlikely considering Kusari's traiditional pride, they might be more inclined to appease Liberty to try stop them fully joining with Bretonia. After all, the last thing they want is to piss off Liberty and get a complete trade embargo whacked on them.
What I CAN see happening is a massive war. Kusari and Rheinland VS Bretonia and Liberty.

Now that would be fun.
Fun, yes, but what an economic disaster that would be. No house is totally self dependent and rely on the trade between houses. Can you imagine. If this scenario played out, traders would be all but shut down OR to get those needed commodities, house corporations would have to get, say, H-Fuel for their fleets from a black market source or pay dearly independent traders to ship it through pirate infested space. If anyone would win in a case like this, it would be groups like the Corsairs and Outcasts as they could either make these runs totally unprofitable or just plain deadly.
Good in a way, as long as the Liberty ship keeps itself hidden and basically doesn't cause any trouble. Plus it doesn't invite any unwarranted attacks on Kusari.
That's what I think anyway.
Well the ship would more or less be rather viewable in Kusari. And not cause attacks. It would be more of a political ship to keep both sides friendly.
