Greetings Admiral,

Earlier, I received a distress call from a smuggler in Tau-37, I went through the jump hole, but failed to see a rather large asteroid that I was careening into. I went unconscious for what seemed to be an hour. I had found out that the smuggler was destroyed, and that smugglers taking the Tau trade route where being blockaded by the CR. Multiple smugglers hailed my ship, asking for assistance in the Tau systems. I sent out a hail to the nearby Lane Hacker Gunboat Edward. We scanned Tau-37 and found it to be clear of hostiles, in Tau 23 we waited at Cali for information and confirmation of the smugglers that they where at 29. There where reports of CRs across the Tau's destroying ships, and we spotted a cruiser along the route, but he disappeared into the Tau 44 Jump Hole before we could engage. The smugglers jumped through and met at Cali. We started to go towards the Tau 37 Jump Hole when we where intercepted by a Viper MKII. 1 of the smugglers and I hit the jump hole as he was coming in. Edward held him back while the other 2 came in. The Edward warned that the pilot was jumping. The Smugglers fled towards the Alpha Jump Hole. He targeted one of the smugglers. I followed on cruise, when we cleared the asteroid field I fired upon him after he fired a Cruise Disruptor at one of the smugglers. The smugglers made away while I fought the Viper. He was overpowering me, until the Edward showed up with 4 more fighters en route. The fighter had done a good deal of damage and I fled, just a few kilometers away from Freeport 10. I managed to dock, but my ship was on fire and I passed out as soon as my ship was secure.

I have not heard from the smugglers, but I assume they made it to Malta.

My fellow combatants,

the last Thursday ... a day we will keep in mind. After faint-hearted attack from the corsairs in the morning and the late evening the high command decided to make an example of. So a large attack group left malta deep in the night, ready to kill every corsair try to hold them:

The enemy quickly was overwhelmed. While our fighters and destroyers began to attack the enemy fighters the SOB Battleship "Iron Maiden" opened fire on the planetary defense systems of planet crete.
Unfortunatly we lost three pilots during the battle, but all three escape pods were collected asap and the pilots were brought back to Malta afterwards.



In the end our attack group killed 12 corsairs (including 2 destroyers and several gunboats) and blockaded crete for some hours.

It was a great victory for our outcast nation.

Never a good day when one of us takes a wrong path, and makes a mistake too many. Sadly pilot Carlos Rodriguez is one of them. Remember his mistakes so you don't repeat them.
There are laws, set by our Council of Dons, and every outcast should know them. Pilot Rodriguez broke on of them.
All Outcast brothers, whether in the independent military, or factioned soldiers are to be treated with equality and respect, punishment will be given if broken.
Juan Zavala from the RoS deserves full respect. He is a experienced outcast pilot and while not a member of the Outcast Guards, all pilots in this fleet will listen to his words. Many successful years in the service ensured that.

Second issue, and a more important one. We have a war to win! A war against corsair dogs. But futile attacks on Gamma, attacks in which we lost many lives and ships but gained nothing will not be tolerated. In yesterdays four attacks on Gamma we gained nothing, and only pure luck saved us from corsair counteroffensive. With our combined losses from the four raids, we would have been swept aside by their fleets. Those raids endangered Malta itself! This is something we cant allow, and pilot responsible for that will be sanctioned.

Pilot Carlos Rodriguez is as of now exiled from the 101st, and is to remove all 101st signs from his ships.

Greetings Admiral. Today we had small, but important battle. Group of corsairs arrived to our space. We found them near holy home-Hispania. There was one corsair gunboat, titans and bombers. Battle started and in first minutes they lost their gunboat.


Then we killed rest and in result we won. We have just one loss: it was my ship and now I'm in Hospital. Doctor says I will there some time. So, I send you files form this battle.

I command the destroyer, the Eventus and I operate primarily in Liberty space, capturing high ranking members of the Liberty Navy and returning them to Malta for interrogation.

I rarely face any serious problems, most of the problems I do face are LSF patrols trying to find me in the badlands. Today I faced a pretty big problem and I am unsure how I should react to this problem in the future, should it happen again.

While flying through California, I saw a large number of Liberty Rogues that seemed to be taxing every trader that would come near, quite efficiently. They also seemed to be destroying a number of them which I found quite despicable. Now, this seems to be normal for our allies in Liberty, but what I did not expect to happen was to be met with insults and threats.

I was just flying around, seeing what was happening when they barked an order at me to leave as if I was just a hostile pirate rather than their ally. I got into an argument with them about how the Outcasts and Rogues are allied and it seems that they think we have no right to be in Liberty and how I should "go back home". Even though I was equally hostile back after they made their thoughts on me clear, I still thought they were completely out of line when they threatened to destroy me.

The only thing worse than being insulted and threatened by allies was the fact that a "brother" was with them, who seemed to be siding with them, unbelievably. They also did the same to two Lane Hackers, as if trying to goad them into fighting.

Would it be acceptable if I was to "respond" to one of their threats, the next time I receive one?
I will not directly attack them, but If they threaten my ship again, allies or not, I would seriously like to be able to harm them.

If I am not allowed to engage these Rogues, I will find another House to operate in.

Just a heads up regarding Eventus. We robbed a cardi smuggler for 100 units, as he wouldn't pay us what is our due, that even the BLS and RoS hand over without question. We blew up those as didn't meet our demands, and we questioned some Hackers in BD GBs. Then when I told em GB's ain't allowed to dock on Alcatraz, Eventus got uppity. Sat near us when we were trying to make a dishonest living, thus preventing us from doing so. so we got arsey and rightly so. OC destroyers operating on MY turf, need to show me the appropriate level of respect, preferably by pissing off outta Liberty. Don't need em, don't want em. They make our lives difficult with their presence. They attract lawful interest and prevent us from pirating effectively. Mr. Eventus wants to cry foul let him, but he wants to operate on my turf, tell him to play by our rules.

I ain't happy.

Gentleman! Gentleman. What is all this? One at the time shall we?
Eventus, an outcast destroyer captain with a soft side? Remember captain, if those traders are not working for Malta, and helping us in our war, they are fair game. Liberty rogues are our good allies, their work in Liberty is weakening our enemies in Liberty. And while your work with prisoners is commendable you must understand California is not under our direct control, it is infact Rogue terrain.
I can only recommend you avoid California for the time being, and proceed with your collecting in other systems. Texas or maybe Colorado. Attacking or in any way harming our allies is not an option.

As for the cardamine that smuggler donated to the rogues, it is only a small donation, and we don't see a problem in that. Small donations can lead to better relations, and better relations to larger deals. There would be a problem if those donations suddenly increase, but i doubt it will happen.
