Okay, I'll see what I can do. To be honest, it's just a simple matter of Hue/Saturation. As for the hair... Well, I tried, and the thing is, if I try to color it, it either only changes the base, or it changes it all. I'll post what I come up with.

Yeah. Now it's a simple matter of Hue/saturation. Due to the fact you have the .png file, and I kept using the .psd like a thickheaded baboon :laugh:

They need some tweaking, but I'll do that when you decide which one you prefer.

You know what I've also been wanting to try? See the pendant around her neck? The little moon? Was hoping to somehow make that blue with abit offa glowy effect. Got it half done here, just need to make it glow.

Yeah. Just did. Looks good though. But you might want to try the same thing I did to the whole picture. Give it an effect (Darken colour I think it was) to make it look more real, less draw-y-ish. If you know what I mean :laugh:
