Status of BlackSquadron

To those who do not know, remember that the FL Bs| is a "branch" of the bigger Black Squadron gaming clan, of which our friend wolf is the "big wolf". He has stepped in not for the sake of it, but to help resolve the problems that the faction currently has.

I can see some people don't approve.

First and foremost.. I created BlackSquadron. I gave control to DBoy when I left the first time.

I keep in touch with a lot of people from Discovery and trust me, I'm well aware of the rules. If you question my judgement that's your own doing. I'm not here to change poeple's minds, except to put an end to a lot of the B.S> going on behind the scenes with BlackSquadron and this community in general. .

BlackSquadron has and always will be a MILITARY crew. I have always been it's highest ranking member both here in discovery and in the clan. I'm not taking control cause I choose to. If i had my way, I'd be telling Swiss and Ascendency to put an end to it, but it's obvious that isn't gonna solve a whole lot, so I'm doing what I can to save what's left of this faction. When I created Bs| 4 years ago, I created it with a military structure in mind. It was *ALWAYS* tied to the clan BlackSquadron (www.blacksquadron.net) it's just not that obvious. Don't start throwing stones at something you do not seriously recognize or even realize.

I don't expect anyone to understand, let alone agree with it. Disagree with it if you like.

My standing orders are a temporary measure while I sort things out. I do, however, have the backing of the admins, of whom i have spent the last hour talking to over Skype, so there:P

As far as Independent Order members go, I have no control over them, and nor does Bs| at this point. Bs| itself is constrained to Omicron 100 for a few days while I sort matters out.

After that, I'll deal with the rest and pilots can start moving around freely

This has always been the case, but the majority of order independents willingly follow black squadron leadership and RP because they're damned good players who know what they're doing.

Wolf and swiss both have my full backing in this, ill do anything i can in-game or otherwise to help get things in order.

As the Assistant Director of the Search / Destroy Agency, an official faction of bounty hunters on the Discovery Server, I can state publicly that our status towards Black Squadron and the Order will remain the same as it always has been. In other words - "Hand over that Nomad tech, you unworthy scum, it's time for you to die."

Our canon is that the bounty hunters are fighting the Order for control of Nomad tech. So let it be written, so let it be done. (Hey, it may not always be easy, but it's always nice to know that your enemies remain your enemies.)

Currently BlackSquadron behaves with the notion that they are, and always will be the Order in its entirety. Despite this being in immediate contradiction with your name.

What is your stance on this?

I can answer the basics of that.

When Wolfpack created Bs| it was just an elite wing of the Order, not the Order in it's entirety, but when leadership was passed down to DBoy, he took the seat as leader and Fleet Admiral of the Order. Ever since then Bs| fleet leaders have been acting as Order fleet leaders.

Black squadron isnt the order 'in it's entirety', but black squadron -is- the ruling party of the order. Most independent order players recognize this.

BlackSquadron is simply a ruling "wing" of the Order, nothing more. We are not *THE* order and I will reflect this soon.
