ok is this weapon universal or is it corsair order and zoner only? because im fed up with seeing BH's using it, when people say its a corsair weapon?

so what is it? im shure its a corsair and allies only weapon, like inferno is outcasts and allies weapon only aswell??

Origin of Battle Razor remains unknown, but it was first seen on Osiris class battleships that Corsairs build in Tripoli shipyard. now if anyone with common sense, would realise that the razor is made by the order/zoners/corsairs stated in the GB/Cruiser/BS info card, and that its a scaled down version, so in my eyes, if the BH's are allowed 2 use minirazors then why dont i go make a liberty character and buy an inferno and mini razor for it? or would i get called oorp? because honestly this is complete BS.
