New Order/BlackSquadron Role Play Rules

Due to the nature of conflicting role plays within the order (namely independents and BlackSquadon), i am somewhat unifying both under a command council.

The Order Command Council will comprise of two independent order members whose role play best shows how it should be done. Two more members from BlackSquadron will be chosen (admirality). I will be presiding over the command council as a tie breaker, if needed.

That being said:

Here are our Standing Orders. I highly recommend everyone follow these orders. These apply to BlackSuqadron pilots only.

General Order 1: BlackSquadron Pilots Primary goal is the defense of Omicron 100 and Omircon Minor from the Nomad Infestation. You are to shoot on sight any nomad inside those two zones. Forays into Alaska, Major Upper, Major Lower, Delta and Theta are authorized but they must have a role play reason.

General Order 2: Regarding Bounty Hunters. They may be "waging a war" against us, but we are not. They are nothing more than misguided individuals who haven't seen the error of their ways. Shoot to kill in Minor and 100, but ignore them in any other system unless they fire first.

General Order 3: BlackSquadron Pilots no longer have authority over other order members. We are an elite wing (Order Guard) of the order in general, and only the Command Council members can give orders to *ALL* order pilots.

General Order 4: All attacks against Liberty and house factions are to end. If we are fired on first, then by all means defend yourself with deadly cause. However we are not to be attacking the houses for any reason. It draws unneccessary attention to us.

The following goes for Order members who agree to abide by the Command Councils ruling

The Order Command Council has explicit command over all order members.. independent or not. BlackSquadron is an elite force that falls under the command of Jonathan Pryde, and no other member of the Command Council can issue orders to them.

This is the ruling party of the Order, and we expect members of the Order to follow our orders to the letter. The Order is mostly a military organization, who used to be Liberty Navy special forces prior to the Nomad War. It would be recommend that people get used to being in a military top-down organization if they want to be flying Order tags.

These orders only apply to BlackSquadron members, and Order pilots who choose to abide by our terms. Order pilots that choose not to do so may result in them being declared "rogue" by the council and will be dealt with at a later date (In other words: we have not decided how to deal with that until the admins have figured out what is in role play and what can be considered oorp in the order's case)

Slightly crossed wires here and Wolfpack has been advised to undertake a minor re-write to bring this in-line with what we did give him backing to do. So there's now a discussion thread for this and I'd advise holding off posting more until you've read that edit.

Wolfpack, Discovery forums have changed since you left, moderate your tone a little. You may think that insulting these folks will get you somewhere but it won't. Flames should be left at the door.

Tenacity enlightened me on the development of this Order Council that is being formed. As an Order independent who co-operates with Bs| I will comply and follow this Council also.

I think its a good move, you guys have my support and co-operation.
