Banner for my shop, I need opinions on this, 'cause I'm not sure how to make it better (I know there's room for improvement, though).

Try doing a texture overlay layer effect. The flat blue looks a little cheap.

EDIT: Never mind, I tried a few, and quite frankly, it makes it even worse. If you're talking about in Blending Options, that is.

The reflection should be more transparent probably, and if you use texture overlay, use transparency there too.

'Kay, I'll see what I can come up with.

EDIT: I've tried many different textures, and I'm afraid I never like the end result. I think I'll probably end up simply removing the cracks as well, seeing as I wanted the banner to be more or less simple. Added more transparency to the reflection, though:

The background is good, has a nice old West feeling to it, but I think you oughtta change the font. It's usually used more as a baseball jersey type of font.
