NPC Factions

What NPC Factions don't have a Faction Supporting them.
I'm a little curious. I was looking and there is no "Official" Post.
That says, The NPC Factions that haven't got an Active Faction or Inactive.

Remember though that there are some unofficial factions floating around not on that list which represent the NPC faction. Cryer for example, theres also some DSE and Ageira among others.
