Outcast and Corsair weapons are a definite no, since if one side saw the enemy's weapons on your ship, the jig would be up. Keep it to either one side, or all Junker, which would really look the best in RP for me.
No. All civvie or all Zoner weaps. That's the only way to go, really. That, coupled with a Preagle, I'd say. Unless ye want to get a special RP request for the BH bomber, go Preagle. The weapons are gonna HAVE to be either from one side only or Zoner/civvie. 'sair weaps + OC weaps = you get sanctioned, not ifs, ands, or buts.

I don't see him needing a special RP request for a mercenary BHG bomber. He's got the reasoning behind it, and it hasn't been sanctionable in the past.
Besides that, mercs are a hell of a lot like freelancers. They equip what keeps them alive. Junker weapons specifically would fit your RP very well. I wouldn't delve into Sair or Cast guns, but as long as they aren't together, I don't see anything especially wrong with that.

And say what you will about the Waran, it really is the sister ship to the Barghest. If you can fly a Barghie, you can fly the Waran. Leave the Taiidans and "I want special RP to fly" Catamarans to the unwashed commoners.
