Hai, I will not lie. We came there to claim a bounty on an outcast. But we never intended to do so within the NFZ. Unfortunatly when we arrived we found this Outcast, firing at a Kusari task force from within the NFZ. Using freeport 6 as a shield against the Kusari's fire. We merely acted in the defense of our fellow country men, the freeport and it's NFZ.
We respect the zoner laws and we try to protect them whenever we get the chance.

Mr McSteel, I must apologize for the attack on your person. I can assure you that the Alliance will inquire with the Commonwealth about this vessel. However, I feel I must inform you that loitering within the NFZ is also a violation of the NFZ. Either dock with the Freeport or leave the vicinity so that you don't become a target and endanger those aboard the station.

My sincere apologies on the delay of my communication.
As you saw from the information the Noble Aungi Takagi got from my wreckage you can see why its taken me some time to get back to Malta and get a new ship.
I would first like to clarify that I did not fire [color=#FF0000]FIRST on any Kusari Naval or Civilian transports in the NFZ. I was sitting peacefully awaiting a compadre to meet me there so we could handle a Xeno problem near Liberty. The KNF detachment cruised in and began firing at me unannounced.
I was only hiding behind the FP to avoid the fire of the far superior KNF capitals who continued to fire at your base even after I was clearly avoiding conflict, and attempting communication for an end to the fight.
When I arrived near the port Seelix(the other witness) was buzzing about and about 30 seconds later the first Kaizoku the dishonorable Aiji came to FP6 and the contacted his amigos and planned the attack. After attempting to get me to leave the system I informed Aiji that I was on assignment but could engage in "fun" later with him if he wished.
As the records clearly show once the other dishonorable Kaizoku arrived they began their attempts to provoke me and after failing to do so attacked.
I was in conversation with the Captain of the Destroyer about terms of my leaving the system when the dishonorable Kaizoku(as you see in records) attacked me and inflicted severe damage to my ship, I even refused to fight back and tried to leave the system(once again as you see in records) they trapped me there and finished me off, considering the choice they made as a "Minor Detail".(in my records)
The only thing I could be guilty of is "loitering" but I did not dock at the base or attempt any harm to anyone.
There has not been a single piece of evidence submitted by these dishonorable Kaizoku.
If something is not done about this how can you ever expect any other Outcast or anyone for that matter to respect the traditions you set as we have always honored in the past for fear of the other ship not following it.(That was not a threat just a real scenario you must consider.)

They have yet to submit anything other than one transmission about this. Amigo I only ask that justice be done here. Greetings Zoners.
I come to you today with news of a disturbing incident that occured yesterday. The Bounty Hunter battleship 'Imitator' violated the NFZ around Freeport 11 on several occasions in the presence of both Zoner and Order witnesses. The Mako class battleship discharged several capital ship mortar rounds and several barrages of turret fire at an Order Geb class carrier in very close proximity to the freeport, putting civilian lives at risk. Thankfully the vessel being attacked (the OCV-Ha'Tak) was able to make it safely away without violating the NFZ. The Bounty Hunter vessel however became incresingly abusive towards Zoners and ignored orders from the Persephone to leave the NFZ, even going so far as to threaten the vessel with destruction.
I'm sure the commander of the Persephone and the ZEF-Hammartroll can verify my account.
Attached is guncam evidence of one of the attacks on the OCV-Ha'Tak showing the discharging of battleship turret weapons and the after effects of a mortar hit on the Ha'Tak.
