or private, is prohibited on server and on forums. RP-related threats are allowed on the server.

Sanction: no less than 14-day ban.

Enough said, your language is not in any way acceptable on this server, so you are having a 30 day holiday.
All credits and guns have been removed off your Corsair ships.

This is a warning to the HAF ... Just because you are 'Spanish', it does not make you 'better' Corsairs than
those on the server who have been here some considerable time longer than you. Half of you do not even
fly Corsair ships currently ? A little bit to learn yet ...
If you are not prepared to fit in with the existing roleplay on this server, and stop using your native language
in system chat, threatening sanctions, and generally being disruptive, you will find your ships grounded in
Bastille permanently ...
And to the rest of The Corsairs ... Bit of give and take would not go amiss please.

I understand I misbehaved, and i am truly sad for that. Still I would like to apply for a reduction of the ban, cause i am new, i wish to play, and for the following:

since HAF public announcement of our will to become an official faction, OPGs did almost the impossible to lead us to server and/or rp infractions. They fired at us "by mistake" in multi-faction-corsair missions and raids, taunted us verbally, and spoke unfairly about us all the time.
Things reached a point when we HAF (who are human after all), got to our boling point. My particular insulting problem originated because when the well known 1-million-cred-situation between HAF and OPG started, i acted as a translator for OPGs, because Sir Dark was trying to settle things talking. OPGs conduct during the meeting was that of an unflexible negotiator, constantly talking offensively.

The particular occasion when I insulted an OPG was once when I was undocking at Crete, and this OPG fired at me totally for free. Before that Sir Dark told me not to defend myself, and to inform HAF diplomatic elder. Yet i was floating in space being destroyed by a corsair bomber. As my nanos and batts started depleting, i asked my fellow HAF brothers for help, and no one came. They just told me wait for him to destroy you and take a screenshot. At that time I was really angry and started CapLocking and insulting. But as part of me remained mind-cleared, i realized i couldnt do that, no matter how pathetic my situation was, and tried to focus my anger in a corsair-way. My insults where typed in spanish and where pretty well role played actually.

I understand this is no excuse, but take into consideration that I am new in the server, and I really wish behave and interact in friendly terms with players. Please reduce the ban.

I also have a KNF char that can respond for me. My conduct is that of a kusari soldier and if needed officer katashi.katsu can tell you that's true.

I am really ashamed of my own conduct, and promise (in permanent ban condition) to behave properly next time.

PD: to all admins-> OPGs are mixing personal problems with roleplaying problems and that is bringing trouble to a lot of discovery players. This should not happen in an rp server, for all players sake.

whats your problem Mule, you are always too agressive, i have already read several post of you and is a shame for such an experienced player, a real Disco Veteran, to behave like an enraged child. Maybe you are right about everything abut the HAF, but you take this whole affair in a personal way (in a OORP personal way).

Every single thing I said is true. I guess it would be my word against yours, sadly. I already said that i recognize i did a huge mistake. I was explaining the situation I was involved in (1M-conflict), and I didn't know how to handle it. I applied for ban reduction cause i saw that other offenders where directly banned for 14 days instead of 1 month, and i think my sanction was too heavy. I lost something like 40kk in equipment, and i am recieving the maximum ban, even so for all my accounts (that means my ip was banned, and that's also one of the maximum sanctions).


PD: HOODLOM would you spend a minute or two considering this please?

Lt Stockten, you got sanctioned the same as everyone else. The difference between the 14-day ban and the 30 day ban is a significant on, as it indicates how you used the foul language. For example "Oh F*** I can't believe that happened to me" Thats a 14 day ban. While "You F****** I can't believe you did that to me." is a 30 day ban. The difference is the first one is not directed at someone in general, you are not cursing at someone directly. The second is a 30 day ban because you are directing the words directly at another player. That is why you got the sanction you got, which is completely in-line with other sanctions for the same thing.

I am starting to believe that 14-day-ban is for warning players, and 30-day-ban is for getting rid of them. A whole month without playing, and having played for less than 2 weeks. When I come back (cause i will come back), I will have spent 66% of my time banned.
It's really a shame cause I strongly believe you have built the best fl-online community, and was looking forward to become a positive player.
I presented my thoughts politely, so at least I ask for someone in charge to take them into consideration.
I repeat, I swear under the condition of permanent ban, that i will behave if reinserted into the community. I understand i was really a fool typing those insults and now i am here giving my sincere apologies. To make it simple, if you remove my ban I will behave properly. If you believe at any time after that, that my behaviour is in any point unproper, you can ban me forever of this community. I really want to be part of discovery rp, helping to mantain what you have built with so much effort.
