Can you hear me? Damn I hope this recorders working. First allow me to introduce myself. My name is Joseph Wolf and I'm 26 years old. My entire life my family and I have managed to scrape by however things changed when my Father was put out of work by the foreigners. Soon we didn't have enough Credits to buy food and I started getting involved in criminal activities. I managed to make enough Credits to feed my family but I was eventually caught and brought to Sugarland. There I learned that I wasn't the only one that had their lives ruined by foreigners. One of the inmates told me about the Xeno Alliance and I decided that if I was going to escape I would need your help. I've already formulated an escape plan but what I lack are a ship and a place to go. Will you take me in and allow me to exact my revenge against those Capitalist Dogs who dare ruin the lives of the people?

For several years, I was a hardworking employee of Ageria here on Pueblo Station. Until yesterday, that is. For a long time, I've been giving this job my all, working as well as I could to gain money for my family and our pleasures. Unfortunately, Ageria gave me a relatively low wage. This was bad, of course, but bearable; our family had enough to survive and buy a few personal items. I actually got enough to buy a space simulator, which could simulate flying a spaceship in space and blasting enemies, just like the real world. In fact, it's the same, except that it's a simulation and the enemies are completely computer-controlled. It had a nice storyline in it. It took a while though, but I think it helped me hone my piloting skills.
What made working at Ageria particularly annoying were those transport pilots. THEY got to travel through space, getting rich by hauling goods across Sirius. But were they friendly? No! They laughed in my face, as i did not have the money or the privilege (privilege to get a company one, that is) to get one. The only good part was when they told of their travels; the stories of such were interesting. And from them, I learned about you.
Anyway, yesterday, some Kusarian applied and Ageria decided to lay me off so he could take my place. LAY ME OFF. When I'm poor, I'm the only moneymaker in this family, and I probably would fail to get any other positions in other companies. They're kicking me out of the station in a few days. Which is why I thought of you guys; it's for revenge, and partly because I hope that you will help me support my family somewhat. I promise to serve you well.

So here's the situation. I was on vacation, right? So there I was, cruising around in the sloop of mine, and there was this real sweet thing on the shore. A little California surfer girl, she tells me later, and she was riding those waves like... Ooh! She could be surfing Liberty up and down if she wanted to.

Oh, well anyways, long story short, I was sitting in my room later that night after I escorted her to her hotel room without making any moves. Being the gentleman that I am, and all. I was sitting there thinking of this little kid named Timmy from when I was a kid. I remember always thinking, "You know, Timmy, when I grow up to be a man, I'll get'cha back for all 'dis". Boy, was he a prick.

So it's when I'm revisiting my youth when I swear I can hear music, and lo and behold it's the sloop's little comm panel pingin' me. Well, shortening the shortened long story, Ageira canned me. Turns out I wasn't allowed to use all my vacation time at once, or sommat. So now I'm thinking, "Gee, Johnny, wouldn't it be nice to feel some good vibrations from a freakin' pistol aimed at d'eir heads?"

So I'm coming to you. For a job opportunity. I can do anything you need me to. I get around, you know? I'll buy one of those shuttle things, a little deuce coup, eh? Badda-bing, badda-boom, I'm at your doorstep ready to start the shootin'! Fun, fun, fun, eh? So what do you say? Give Johnny a chance.

Yes, I to know so well what the Ageira hiring practices are. You see, I am also one of those unfortunate ones that were "laid off" So, the company could hire a low paid foriegn worker. One of these days, hopefully, I will find the little snot....
To business, Yes indeed. We do have an opening for one such as you. Someone that is also familiar with Ageira's ways. And the best part, There are never any "lay-offs" due to company downsizing.

How should I start... I don't know. It's all so chaotic, hard to explain... Even harder to understand.

A few years back, when Liberty was glowing in it's full grace, my father met a woman. A woman from New Tokyo. Back then, things were doing fine, until the day I was born. First off, I was born with a rare illness. An illness that lives within me and will one day pull the grave above my head... As it's diagnosed, I won't live longer than 30... maybe 35 years. It's called, Dyconu Ceveristen... Or the Choker. What it is? You don't want to know. But! Here comes the best part...

My mother decided to grab on what was our family savings in credits, the money my father earned through years of hard work and decided to leave us to starve to death. What a friendly Kusari approach to life. Leave your ill child behind and even take away the money so she can't even afford any possible treatment.

Dad slowly managed to stand back on feet and get some work, but it did not take long that he got fired due to the foreigners taking over his place. Life went worse. Struggling for food, and eventually led to my fathers death. He's gone, well... people say he's just gone but I know he's dead. The only thing that was left for him was to go and try to do bounty missions. He was not trained for that! He... he was an honest, hard working worker at a factory.

I was left alone when I was twelve. Well, not alone... but alone in a way. My dad's sister took me in but not for long. The illness seemed to flow in the female line of the family... Eventually, she died herself. People were either bastards, cheaters around me... Or were dying around me. Not the childhood of my dreams, but I got through it.

From the things I inherited after my father and his sister, I managed to scavenge together a small ship and some equipment and started working with my age of seventeen. I lied that I was older... I looked way older thou. It was not easy.

Recently, I've heard of the Xenos Alliance. First, I thought it's just another type of a piracy movement but then I understood what it actually is and realized it's the place I want to belong. I know... I'm partially kusari, but I am not one in my mind, my will or soul. I did not choose to carry this blood. I want to prove myself!

Who knows... 10 years of my time left. A lot of time. I might die until then? Or I find a cure? Either way... I want to show the wrath of Liberty towards those not respecting it.

Where do I start.

Well I was born on planet Denver.My parents were killed in Space crash ,when I was six years old.I've been alone all my life,making a living.I'm the trying to be the man...the man who'll make his parents proud of him!
In the last few years I was working as a mechanic in Ouray Base.My job is to keep the ships flying.I realised that the pilots depend on me...that's why I'm giving my best.

Now i am trying to open an new page in my life..
I want to fight alongside those same pilots and I want to help them with my skills,Because from my point of view they are the bravest pilots of Liberty.

I only can hope that my Aplication here will be Accepted.

Jonathon gets into his office a little later than normal. The celebration down in the bar lasted a good long time. "but, now, It's time to get some work done" he thinks to himself.
The comm officer had dropped off 2 messages before he himself had joined the party.
Jonathon scans both of the messages. "This looks promising" He says out loud as he is reaching for the comm button.

"Communications Room" comes from the speaker."This is Jonathon, I want you to send this out priority. To the following comm signals" Jonathon reads off the signal and message.

"Miss Peterson, First off, let me express my condolences regarding your family. We do have a place here for you, especially one with insights into the Kusarian culture. Your knowledge will come in most helpful while stopping the trade coming in from there. So, make your way up to Ames in Kepler, where I will have a few of the boys waiting to escort you in."

The comm officer replies "Right away Boss!"

Jonathon contemplates for a few minutes while drinking his morning coffee..He then comms the hangar to have Gabriel Johnson sent up to his office.

A short time later Gabriel enters..

"Sit down son" Jonathon points to a seat. "It says here you want to fly with my boys. I know you know your way around our ships. So, I am going to let you prove yourself. So, get yourself over to the quartermaster and get your kit. He will also show you your new living quarters. The next pilots briefing will be later today. Be there."

Gabriel jumps up, salutes, "I won't let you down Boss!" and runs out to find the quartermaster.

"ah" Jonathon grins, "The energy of youth"... Jonathon then gets back to work with a sigh.
