Lend money and no returns

I was wonder, since I am a repeated sucker, what would you do when you lend a guy some credits and they never come back, never repay, heck, probably change their name and laugh on with their FL lives.

It's happened to me a few many time now-----SUCKER! HAHAHAHAHA! right?

I am just a nice guy naturally but now I won't lend out anything to anyone anymore. It's not like I lend out alot, usually 10+ to no more than 25mill, not near enough to break me, but, it still EEKs me a bit when I am so nice to help out with a loan and then I never see that name again!

Would it be within RP to destroy a guy (friendly to faction) that owes you money? I can RP it out just as in real life. (break their arm) Of course most the time I never see that guy again. (might be the same guy! oh noes!) So I know I am a sucker for doing it so many times now and never seeing it come back, but-

Also, wouldn't it be nice to see a change name log for players? like an automated log that builds up somewhere? could be mighty useful for so many reason.

If you lend someone money and they refuse to repay you, I should think attacking them would be in RP, and, in fact, getting the rest of your faction onto them would be good RP, no matter what their NPC alignment. However, as per the namechange/vanish type...simply don't lend cash =/ (I never have...)

I'm also a nice guy. When someone sets up your character with a nice ship and expensive armor and weapons, at least have the decency to give a goodbye before name changing or deleting the character. I wouldn't even become upset if someone wants to take their character a different direction, but at least say something.
I know it's not real money, but politeness should be shown as we are all trying to have fun playing as a community.

I only lend people who i have met on skype moneys.... that way.. even if they change their name... i can bug the high heck out of them on skype till they give it back
