Sorry I was a bit late on reporting this eh, I just got released from the infirmary. I was hunting Lane Hackers for IND in the California system. I had noticed a known Hacker had gone into the NY system and I went in to pursue. Instead of catching up to the Hacker I came across this Liberty Rogue pirating the trade lane between West Point and Norfolk shipyards. He called himself Crux eh, a member of the Wolves group.
Crux immediately began to flee when I dropped out of the tradelane. His destination, of course, was the Badlands where he hoped to lose me. Train CDs kept that possibility from happening. This was a quick one. I can't go into details because there aren't any eh. I took him down on my first joust.
Feeling good about myself after taking a bounty without using up any of my resources I continued my search and destroy patterns. I should have stopped while I was ahead. On my way to Colorodo I came across two Outcasts near Fort Bush. One of these Outcasts was Quazar. I've met Quazar before and I targeted him first since he was a very good pilot and I wanted to keep him in front of not behind me eh. Well it was unsuccesful, he knew how to pilot his Sabre. It didn't take long for him to get behind me and open up. I didn't last much longer in this encounter then the Rogue I downed earlier.
Well I am all well again, doctors patched me up good. Here is the evidence for the Rogue, might as well get something from this eh. Crux Cargo Crux ID Crux is down

Gentlemen
Crash and myself left Cambridge today in hope of snaging a Corsair in Omega-3, Target was Andreas.Gomez. We entered the system and we immediatly heard comm chatter about another vessel helping the target with bounty hunters, we immediatley knew we were expected.
On route to Freeport 1 via the trade lanes we passed the vessel who stated the intent of assisting this Corsair. since no effort was shown on stopping us or any communications made we assumed they would move on, and we would be happy to let them do so, no IFF and a Pirate ID on him, no bounty for that in Omega-3. The Vessels's SSID was showing as Outrageous.Fortune, and they where flying a RA-4 Liberty Rouge Gunship.
We continued in search of the target, and found them in Wilkes Ice Field. After the declarations where made and they refused to remove themselves from their vessel we attacked. the corsair called for help on the comms. in less than 1 minute the Outrageous.Fortune entered sensor range and ented an attack vector. no comms where made to make them break off as i was too busy avoiding Andreas while crash was lining them up on his sights. The gunship open fired on us, my shields where down thanks to the corsairs weapons and my hull was melting due to whatever that gunship was hitting me with. I rarely got a shot off now as i was avoiding the fire from both the corsair and the gunship, got one SNAC hit on the Gunship, which didnt break their sihelds. Moments later i was in an escape pod.
I advise all agents encountering Outrageous.Fortune to be cautious as he has obivously affliated himselve with the corsairs.
I was unable to transmit all captured data to my mail box before i lost control. see attached for logs.

Well we successfully got in and out of Iota for our mapping run. Interesting system they chose. Not one cloud or odd ball asteroid field in there. Would be kind of nice if not for the Nomads. We came in and plotted a course for the nearest planet which is a large gas giant called GX-1.
After circling GX-1 I spotted two more planets off in the distance and decided to check them next. The larger of the two as you can see in the camera shot has a docking ring and mooring station. This must be the local hang out for the Nomads. As we got closer we found out it is called Planet Xerna
Continuing on I found a jump hole to deeper into the Nomad systems call Omicron-99. Until we get some forces out here I suggest not going into 99. I took a round about path and swung by the moon you can see off the side of Xerna. Here is a camera shot.
Now while in the system I only encountered two fighter patrols of 4 fighters each. So far have not found any gunboats or larger craft. We plan to head back in again to collect samples over the next few days. I will be less covert in my moving through the system. Maybe then I can find some of their cap ships to get a good scan of.
Back at Freeport 11 for resupply and a bit of downtime. Flying through these alien systems can put your nerve on edge and I do not want to push the crew to far to fast.

Subject: Escort duty and encounter with slavers part I
Yesterday I took an escort job for APM-Virgo from Leeds to Kyushu jump gate in Tau-29. It was very uneventful and at the end of the last leg I received payment for it.
I decided to cut some corners and from Tau-29 to jump to Baffin to Coronado to Cortez to go and check out the dragnet in Liberty. I was aware that there are no standing bounties in Coronado so I said to pirate *War*Emblem* flying a Raven's Talon that he should just go away and watch his step. I heard he had been stalking Virgo earlier. Better watch out for him in the future. He was packing a veritable missile loadout: Paralyzer, Cannonball and Firestalker.
As I was making my way to Cortez I ran across an Outcast, MFS-Isla_Muerta, flying a pirate train and he was hauling slaves. And the Abolishment movement has given us all rights to stop slave trade in all of Sirius. So I proceeded to chase him and try to halt him.
He was too far out for me to CD him so I contented to pursue him and hope that he would make a mistake. He said that he had bought them from the Junkers and I tried to get him to name the seller. He did not give out a name, but instead maintained a ridiculous notion that they were "volunteers" he was hauling I heard sobbing in the back-ground. I have attached part of the conversation for reference. He got away. So I advice everyone to be on a lookout for him.

Subject: Encounter with slavers part II
After Isla_Muerte had gotten away I retraced my steps towards Cortez once again. And once again I ran across in Coronado another slaver, ColD.SouL, running under the disguise of a Trader ID. This time I managed to CD him and while I was laying his options for him, that nuisance *War*Emblem* decided to interfere.
As I was fighting with the comms the *War*Emblem* just gave the "permission" to that slaver to go. Because I had "no jurisdiction" here. I was dumb founded! The slaver took off, while I was reminding the *War*Emblem* that I indeed had a authorisation to stop the slave trade, before I could fire another CD. Then I got mad at the *War*Emblem* and started to announce to him that he had just committed a felony in aiding and abetting slavery. And he just took off like that. I was furious. Well, his name will end up right there with the known slavers. To top everything off I got the regular pirate greeting "Engaging" accompanied by a salvo of missiles from NoFear.Play in Rogue GB while I was chasing the *War*Emblem* and had to leave things at that.
Damned be my sausage fingers working the console for letting those slavers slip through my fingers. I ask the director to give the Abolishment Movement director a call and add these 3 slavers to the list.

RE: Transit policy
George -
I was going through some paperwork tonight and had a couple of incident reports cross my desk. Make sure you take your blood pressure medication before you read the rest of this - I don't need you blowing your stack.
.
.
Okay?
.
.
First, apparently there was a smuggler - with a Junker IFF, no less - that had the temerity to take the jump hole from 15 into 56, and run across to Halle. The crew of the Feuerhunde chased him, but he did get through ahead of them. Rather than pursue, the captain simply commed the interloper and told him in no uncertain terms that he could either pay a small fine for trespassing - or be put on a shot on sight anywhere in Sirius list for all S/D pilots. To make a long story short, the 1 million credits has been forwarded to the Armoury, and the CollectordeArms!!! has been warned that the next time he comes through, he will be destroyed - no questions asked.
Second, some freelancer by the handle of Free Bird decided that hanging around Rostock was too dangerous, and took a quick jump into 56. The regular system guard ended up showing him the error of his ways. However, once he gets out of the hospital, he may end up over at Sheffield looking for employment, so you can consider this a heads up for that.
Other than that, we're basically trying to maintain normal operations in house space. The damned Corsairs seem to have finished their family feud, and there have been several ship losses in Bretonian space. Some of the boys are doing good work on escorts. We're feeling spread a little thin, which isn't surprising, given how much we actually ARE doing all over Sirius.
I know that Jeff over at APM has his crews working pretty hard on getting everything all transferred and the new construction done. I think everything is only slightly behind schedule, but I'd rather have things done right, albeit a little slower, than rushed and screwed up.
Did you get that case of wine I sent you? My cousin said he picked it up at a reasonable price if you want more of it. Lord knows none of OUR pilots are ever going to get up there to get it - and I personally liked it.

Well got a lot of good intel on our Nomad adversaries. Fist i would like to point out that the Nomads do have some form of cloaking technology. They can disappear off a scanner well before they get out of range. How you can do that with a flight of 10 ships, including a battleship is something we need to get our hands on. I ran into several battle groups, usually consisting of 1 battleship, 2 gun boats and about 8 or more fighters. Dancing with those battleships can be very fun.
For started here are some better scans of the Gun boats
Here we see the Gunboat pilot. The info about this disembodied brain is
Their load out is this
Now as you can see above, the GB's mount their version of a CD.
CD info below
Now on to the big boys, the Nomad battleship
Here is the pilot of the BS, yea a bigger brain. Intel on these below.
And their load out.
Now we can also see here that the BS also mounts a CD. Dropping out of cruise next to one of these groups will make you have a bad day. Also notice that the GB and BS mount the same turrets. The BS just has alot more of them
Well that about wraps it up for Iota. I have a few more samples for the R&D boys, but i want to secure a minor brain first before bringing it all in. I danced enough with the BS to know I was not going to take one down without help. My load out is made for fighters and bombers.

Well mission accomplished. Managed to take down two of the Gun Boats and have secured the minor brain pilots. Going to make our way back to Omega-56 for drop off of goodies for the R&D folks. Attmepted to leave Frrepot 11 today but Kappa and Gamma were very full with Corairs acording to my probes. Will attempt to make the run tomorrow.
I would like to add that my new crew has worked out great. Pedr is a natural with these turrets. He really has the ballance down for blasting the bad guys and conserving energy. Rhys also came through in a tigh spot when a power coupling blew while we were trying to get to cruise speed to escape the remaining 10 fighers we had after torching one fo the gunboats. Not sure what he did but it got the cruise engines back online and saved us while we still had some hull left.

Well ok finally made it back to Capetown. With all the activity in Kappa, Gamma and Theta, i had to rely on passage through the Alaska system. Thankfully that place is so secret that no one goes there. I made it through there with out running into a soul. Made a quick run from New york to O-56. Me and the crew are glad to be back. I have a few choice items stored up in Stheno's hold that our R&D boys and girls need to see. Will try to make contact with the Doghouse to perform a transfer. Picked up two more nomad guns to study.
After the transfer going to give my crew a few days furlow and then we will decide where to next. Unless there is a specific mission we are needed on.
