turned it to XP pack and nothing
tryed a combo of the 2 and nothing. its odd but something will have to work adventualy
hmmm can you change the game to run in XP compatability? thats weird...i had problems connecting and had to put that server deal in there to connect...i guess i should take a look at that screen shot...

hmm well that is weird....i looked at the screen shot....where are you located, dont need your exact town, but i have a friend in brazil who seems to be having similar problems with his games....
anyway to test if its a internet problem i would suggest you do this:
go to "run"
type "cmd" <<<no quotations
when the screen comes up( a dos like screen) type:ping www.google.com
and it will ping that website....test a few websites, to see whats up
also and i dont know why i didnt think of this before, make sure you arent running limewire or another torrent downloading program, as it kills your bandwith...
also check task manager processes to make sure your FL program isnt running twice....i have had problems in the past where IE or mozilla lock up, because the process is still running, even though the screen isnt there
so try that, and sorry if i sound like a tech support person on the other end of the phone, asking you to do dumb things....i am out of practice
wow im an idiot. i wasnt feeling well and didnt do what i almost always do with computer problems. Restart the computer >.<
it seems to work i get the create a char thing.
i cant connect too:(everytime i launch into space it disconnects slowly. Like it's mocking me before it logs me off. ive tried everything short of reformatting my compy. i really need help

manny what internet are you using? highspeed, dsl, t1, dialup...tell me that and i will do my best to help you

well that is strange....so when you undock you slowly lag till you log out? well i know vista has had problems before....which is why i dont run it, but maybe lower the graphics settings a bit, and try running it in 16 bit, just as a test....i know a few of my online friends lagout during JG and JH sequences....if that doesnt work let me know
