I like the idea although I'm not sure if factions for new ID's will be allowed right away. Also I think you should stick to the one ID, you are an intelligence agency, not a military force after all.

MI5 cannot be implemented until 4.85, since the ID wont exist till then.

MI6, on the other hand, need not wait. We already have had agents, in QCRF days. Mine at the time had IC Tag/ID, in an Arrow. He stole a Chimaera. Made a KNF vs QCRF event out of it.

As an additional thought, perhaps MI6 could also recruit unaffiliated informant types for information purposes? After all, what's an intel mission without secret informants?

may i say, mi5 is actually higher ranked than the military or armed forces in RL? so basically the intelegence unit would out rank the military, and it would'nt be the other way round.

Also the naming convention isnt in RP as intellegence agents have names they are assigned, which would be distinct from others but hard too spot from the naked eye.

(i think its a good idea, but do some research into the background of MI5 and MI6 when you're going too make the subfactions because in RP they will out rank all military assests apart from the secretary of defence(Admiral?))

As Adam (Simsonator) put, we used to run a little spin-off of this back in the day, it was awesome. You have my full support (though it matters little either way).

While I like the idea, I'm a little concerned that MI5 will be stepping on BAF and especially BPA toes, and the MI6 the Privateers. But I'm sure something could be worked out. Making it so that you have to 'promote' your BAF man to start with could eliminate a lot of the problems, since everyone would know each other and how they worked.
