HF Agressive Recon information dump

Rules: Do not post unless you are posting IC and have at least one char in the HF-AR and only post information pertaining to people you have scanned. The purpose of this is for HF-AR to find and scan people all across the server over lvl 38 and list their ship, equipment, weapons etc...

Also report their location when scanned and rank if you remember.
