Rep-fixing as I see it, will still occur. For example- My Hogosha is full red with Liberty Rogues, and I'd want to change that. I should be unfriendly, we do do business with them OUTSIDE of kusari. So, I'd have to go raise rep there, which then can easily be lowered with the command.
So I'm all for the idea.

The only problem I can see is that obtaining guard reputations would be much, much easier with this tool. Set yourself up on a base with a bribe, buy it, lower rep instantly and buy it again.
If this goes through I'd like to see bribes and missions have less effect on guard reputations for all factions except militaries, who don't have bribes. Guard reputations should never be easy to obtain.

A way a lone a last a loved a long the riverrun, past Eve and Adam's, from swerve of shore to bend of bay,
brings us by a commodius vicus of recirculation back to Howth Castle and Environs.
I thought of this a week ago, asked Igiss for permission, he gave the green light, and Cannon says he'll work on it when he has time...
BUT
and this is a big 'but', while we were thinking about it. We did find an abuse scenario.
A simple, quick /lower flhook command would mean that practically everyone would wear a guard tag.
Want Outcast guard tag?
OC bribe, /lower, OC bribe, /lower, OC bribe, /lower, OC bribe, /lower
Tada! OC guard tag.
Because of this the solution we came up with was, lower only by 0.1 per use, and make it cost 5 mill per use.
