Good day, sirs and madams. On behalf of my crew, who are getting somewhat restless, I'd like to request three things:

1. A slight refit of the power relay system
2. A Battlerazor for Mount 2
3. Patrol grounds of the Texas and New York systems, with allowances for movement into other systems if the situation demands.

The reason for this is that, quite frankly, we're outgunned. The current loadout on the old bird does excellent for swatting fighters, bombers, and gunboats, but for cruisers we need a little more oomph. This refit will allow us that oomph, and the patrol area will allow us to defend the borders from Rheinland incursions. Please review this request and respond at your leisure.

I don't see as to why not you shouldn't get the powerplant re-done and the new turret mounted. This gets a thumbs up from me. However, try not to fly around too much without so much as an escort. Yes, noting the weapon setup the Reliant has currently, I've also felt it was lackluster. More often than not, the Reliant would be facing capital ships, and not really fighters or smaller things, lest it be one crazy demented and somewhat drunk Xeno.

As to the operating area for the Reliant, I have seen no bad reports concerning the Reliant's actions in New York. The crew is capable and the captain is trustworthy. The Reliant may operate near the border systems as well, however staying in Liberty space, unless further commands are issued from the admiralty. Noting the several Rheinland Military incursions into our Texas, the defence of that system is high priority, therefore naturally, Texas is a viable patrol area. I'm all for it. However, I'd like to see what the rest of the admiralty have to say.

Thank you, Vice-Admiral, for your vote of confidence in both my crew and myself. We've held off on the refit pending further replies to this communique.

Again, thank you. We will do our utmost to keep the borders secure, as well as tasking ourselves with the locating and summary destruction of miscreant perpetrators of injustice.
