Well, I've...acquired...the entire published works of a rather famous composer (the man in my avatar, in fact) and they have come in .FLAC. That in and of itself isn't so much of an issue; Nero reads them right off the bat. The problem is that the .CUE files, which apparently determine the track intervals, are included separately, so that the CD plays as one long 67-minute track, which is, obviously, a bit of a problem. So, I can't really burn these things to disk until I have the .CUE integrated into the .FLAC somehow, and I have no idea how to do that. Anybody know? I'm getting desperate for my Vierne here.

I have no idea what either a .CUE or .FLAC file is, but is it possible to open both in, say, winrar and put all files & directories of one of the files into the other file?
.FLAC is Free Lossless Audio Codec; it's basically the format that audio CDs are encoded in. .CUE is the file that determines at what point the FLAC is broken up into tracks. As it stands, I can burn the FLAC, but it will come out as one long track (which would suck bum). And the winRAR idea is worth a shot, I'll see if it works.
EDIT: No luck on the WinRAR idea.

Ok, as far as I can tell your best solution would be to use a program that splits the one FLAC into separate files based on the .cue sheet. Here's one that I know of (though I haven't used it personally):
Eppy, use ImgBurn, it's a free and lightweight burner/reader/etc. I think that's what you need, it can use cue sheets.
Alternatively you can use foobar2000, load up cue sheet into it, it'll display tracks properly and then re-encode them into separate FLAC. Since it's both losseless - no quality loss.
