so im coming through new tokyo with a full load of artefacts, and what do i know? i come across a BAF Privateer in his gunboat, i think yeah ok he has no jurisdiction here..
and he Fines me 3 million credits now WTF is going on with this crap? i mean seriously.. BAF in the capital of Kusari laying down Fines?
Firstly in RP how the heck would a BAF get into the capital of kusari?

Secondly who the heck do they think they are? Laying down Fines in Kusari? which may i state is complete Bull.

Sorry,but i still can not understand what make bretonan privateer in kusari the same as kusari katana wing taxing traders in new london..
I understand that they can fine traders,but in bretonia, not in main system oc thier enemy.when they will stop or harm kusari trade they kill traders there,not tax them.
