I have a few things to say,

I'm glad that the RFP is climbing towards being official, this means we could set up a bounty board and open our doors to more people.

to what it says on the first page:

The contraband list should be updated with organs, blood diamonds, synth weed, black-market munitions and such.

And update my list, my name is missing, and i have been promoted to watchmann

Plus add the 'promotional bonus', laws on the war-situation (never, ever leave rheinland even if theres an LN in bering)

Id also like to know the rules on LN and librety pilots on Rheinland and Mjolnirs (ive seen newbs simply attracted to its size and power, and not giving a doo on what faction actually owns it)

if not for last-minute homework cramming i'd be out in space now.

that should answer one or two things. and on the Liberty pilots, we leave them to the military but if it is causing trouble and no military are around, then we move in. Virus wants us to keep out of this war as much as possible and i agree.

and i am updating the duty list now. and the Mjolnirs are for the police only! police indi's aswell, but the military aint using police ships. and yes, the police NEVER leave rhienland
