How can I make a FLmod?

I want to make mod(i want to make my mod, not copy discovery or other mod), I tried to make, but I not can make.Who can say my send a mail to mihaibr2009@yahoo.com.

Check over at the-starport or lancereactors. Both have given me a better understanding of how modding works, although im not going to be making a mod myself.....

I believe an FLmod file is nothing more than a zip file with the .flmod extension behind it.
Inside the zip file there all the modded folders and files. What modmanager basically does is, it extracts all folders and files into the freelancer folder, overwriting the old files.

If you want to make the modded files yourself you should have some knowledge about what it all is. There are .ini files, those can be opened and adjusted with notepad for example. Inside the .ini files there is info about how things work. For example, the .ini files contain info about ships, what model and what texture are used for what ship etc. Second there are model and texture files. There are also effects files, etc etc. It's almost impossible to explain it all in here, since changing 1 number or line of text can change the entire game.
