Today, we have exciting news from Rhinland! The Diplomatic shuttle, Frieden, was compleated earlier today. It will soon begin it's voyage across the stars to meet with the Imperial Guard of Kusari. The vessel, while by no means a combat ship, has been equiped with the best technology Rhinland has to offer, to safeguard it against pirates and other hostile forces.
The ship will launch tommorow, at 1900 GMT. From there, it will begin it's mission of peace to Kusari.

He's coming around to everyone eventually. Since we finished up with the IG (with no problems, we are now fully at ease with eachother), i'll be headding off towards TG space, then to SDF, then LS, then i'll even have a visit to the AW to determine if anything else needs to be done. Most of this is just to provide info on what the RM will be doing, and making tours of the other factions systems. I hear that Manhatten is wonderful this time of year...
Oh, I was going to stop by the FF, but they seem to have been dissolved. Ah well. One less thing to do, I guess.

So really speaking, what does it do, it just comes at clans and sayes "wazzup, man?" right? Or it is also used to end war between foreign clans?

truthfully I look at the diplomat as an item that adds realism to the freelance world. Since the objective of the diplomat is stated on our GNN News lets assume everyone knows about it. When other factions develope diplomats then this leaves room for assinations and sabatoge between factions, again allowing for a more realistic feel in the game. Yes they may be used as tools to end wars and ways to start them. I think they would also be targets to to help incite turmoil among faction polotics. Thats my take on a diplomat at least.
