But yea, joking aside, i agree with most people , pvp whoring the pvp whores isnt a solution. Killing them off should be only done as a last line of action. RP with them first.
Although i know some of them just refuse to RP, then, yes, i agree to blasting them. Some people only get things through their thick skull like that.

Lets put it this way.. If I'm in NY for 2 hours, about 90 minutes of that is me RPing in system chat while I fly around. My Xenos doesn't ever actually shoot someone unless other Xenos are fighting, she gets attacked, or she finds a Junker..
All due respect "pvpwhore the pvpwhores is the last line" but we have waited forever now. We have done allmost everything we could, and if it will mean break away from tradition and actually undock a LR- gunboat to go scare off a pvpwhoring OC gunship from killing lvl 30 rhinos, for not paying them 2mil in penny, then I, for one, am ready to do so.
strenghten a bit the NPCs? they are so weak in Liberty right now, if Gallia invaded, a NPC vs NPC match, you'd probably have the whole world under french rule all of a sudden.

problem is liberty is the 'starter zone' for new characters, nobody starts out with mk2 vhf's or capships. Those npcs have to be easy enough for the noobies to kill in their starfleas and patriots.

Nothing but Rocs, full of debilitators and missiles. I encountered them yesterday on my Recycler. Two weren't enough, one was forced to constantly shieldrun while the other did his best to hit me from behind. A third came along. "Need help" "ok"
That was the extent of the Xeno RP I got to enjoy. These people are gonna give me ulcers.

Mine is an Eagle with Black Widows and a Train CD. I demand cookie.
On another note; Xenos aren't an exception of the Liberty lolwutters. We've got some too. But I think you do a disservice by labeling that as the RP of all Xenos. While the faction isn't perfect, we do have a larger percentage of RPers than lolwutters.
I don't know if this sounds practical and viable but perhaps we could have a neutral system or set of systems for the starters to get used to expanding their careers. Perhaps for the .86 not to rush things for the .85? The addition of Pennsylvania seems to be a fair beginning for this and the ability to mine is an obvious advantage for most of the starters. Only then what Ke says could be done in my opinion. But the thing is we still need to maintain weaker NPCs too along with the stronger ones.
