LNS-San.Francisco is a cap 8 dread.

RNC-Valhalla is a NORMAL mk 8 (2.5) BS.
RNC-Blitzrache is a cap 7 BS
RNC-Ravensburg is a cap 8 BS -ALTERNATE
RNC-Hammerdall nornal mk 8 -ALTERNATE
+2 cruisers, 5 bombers

I guess the cap fleet side is tilted in the favor of Liberty, but

13 fighters for Rheinland (+2 ALTERNATE)

So the fighter side is leaning toward Rheinland.
Seems balanced for now.
