I've been struggling to get my Rep up with the Zoners so that I can get one of their IDs. But besides paying a bartender to get your Rep just UNDER friendly, I can't find any other way to get it even higher. They don't offer any missions which one can do.
Anyone got any tips on how to increase your rep with the Zoners?

Thanks in advance!
Whatever you do.. please, PLEASE, don't sit right outside a Zoner base (in this case, a Bowex-tagged A-train right at the Canaria docking ring last night), shooting up Zoner npcs, to drop rep and then rebribe.
I was totally ignored by this "gentleman" twice.. Zoners in his hold, zoners floating about gasping for breath, and him giving me "fixing rep" and then ignoring my warnings.
The first time, I simply dropped his shields. The irate Zoner patrols did the rest.
(Oh, and I was threatened with a report for calling him, (in RP, mind you) a "bloody idiot".)
The second time, I felt compelled to do my duty as a Zoner Guard.
Fancy that.
(There is a tip in there regarding the process... Just do it out of sight, when no "real" Zoners are around, please. Thank you berry much.)

Unfortunately, if he reported you for this, which you were very right to do (Nobody said we had to roleplay nice people.), you could very well have been sanctioned, since you (very rightly) probably thought him an idiot out of character as well as in-character. I myself have been sanctioned in a very similar situation back in far more lenient times.
in the bars the other patrons also will give you "bribe" opportunities, so if the bartender AND another patron are offering to fix your rep (with the same faction), you can take both of them and get double the rep change.
Double bribes are your friend (namely, find a station where the bartender will offer you a bribe, then keep switching between the bar and another room until both the bartender and a patron will offer you the same bribe. Works for most factions).

Ah yes, but the problem is that no one is offering anymore bribes for Zoner rep. Seems like the cap for bribing is just under friendly. And as Malaclypse 666 pointed out, I'm not going to go pop some Zoners just so my rep can drop again and in that way get bribes again.
Guess that leaves Xenos as the last option, but I'm an independent trader... don't think its very much RP of me to go hunt down Xenos either. Unless I can come up with a good RP excuse to.

I guess confession is good for the soul, sir. I'm hoping to get a few days off from "caregiving" next week anyway. Might actually be good timing. (Hot springs and masseuses here i come!)
Bethlehem Station in Pennsylvania has a 67% chance to feed you a Zoner bribe. Freeports are in the 30s and 40s, give it some time and they'll get the double-bribe you need in a jiffy.
However, when you do the double bribe, make sure that your Zoner rep isn't already almost green... bribes won't appear in the first place if it's already green, and each bribe will fix your rep enough to get you from where you were when you entered the bar to barely green. In other words, shoot some Zoners when no one is looking (whistle and act innocent if someone finds you) then make your way to a Freeport or Bethlehem station.
Good luck, Zoner repfixing is one of the more annoying things in this mod if you don't know what you're doing. Then again, Order repfixing is... *shudders*
