It's one of my favorites too. It's great for titles and stuff, but it's not so great for body text. I've found that Eurostile goes with it pretty well.
Corel Painter would be for doing digital painting/drawing. I want to get into it, but I don't have the money for a tablet right now.

Darthbeck, not only is it a DeviantArt work (Which means it belongs to someone) It's also soooooo old.

I used to use that in my sig. When I was 13.

Aaaanyway, Death isn't cool, it's a painful and horrible thing that rips people away from their loved ones. The Grim Reaper is kinda cool, but remember that words or pictures can never instill fear in a person. Emotionally, saying something like "I'm Death!" isn't particularly scary.

But, each to their own, if you enjoy the feeling of Death in your avatar, then enjoy it.
