The LWB in rheinland have sent this statement to our local office on planet Stuttgart, the message reads:-
'To the Synth-Foods corporation, you have twenty-four hours to respond to this communique. After that there will be no negotiation, no demands and no mercy.
We, the LWB, are in position and fully prepared to launch a strike that will destroy all Synth-Foods owned buildings, facilities and land.
However, we do not want to harm our beloved planet, so we are giving you this final chance to take your crops and personnel and leave. But this is the last time, if you refuse then we will happily see our beautiful planet Stuttgart burnt to ashes to get it back.
Your bribery of the goverment, of the police and of the military, will not stop us from launching this attack.'
It seems the LWB are prepared to step up their attacks on the Synth-Foods corporation. We have a spokesperson for the LWB here, as well as the spokesperson for the Police and a local piracy expert.
Mr Smith, what is your company's response to this demand?
"We're utterly unconcerned with this pathetic threat from farmers who refuse to listen to reason."
Are you sure thats what you want to tell the LWB?
"Totally, their days of terrorising our vessels and employees is at an end, we've just hired fifty bounty hunters to do nothing but destroy LWB ships and search the Ostnubel for the LWB's base."
Do you think this approach will work Mr Benz?
"It's possible, though I honestly don't know. Both we and the military have sent numerous patrols into the Ostnubel to find the LWB's base of operations, we still haven't found it, infact we stopped because we were losing too many pilots."
What do you think of this change of tactics Mr Hertz?
"I think it's very worrying, it would seem to me that the LWB have either changed their leadership, tactics or have found a new, powerful ally who has the resources to carry out this threat."
Is that possible? Mr Benz?
"We've know for some time that the LWB and Red Hessians have very close ties, several Synth-Foods convoys have been attacked by LWB using Red Hessian tactics recently. It could mean that they have come under an influence that is powerful enough to do more then suggest tactics."
So it is possible?
"I never said that." Benz said stiffly.
"You wouldn't, until it's been conclusively proved." Hertz said sourly.
"Their just a bunch of ignorant farmers in starfliers and hawks, they're harmless." Smith said carelessly.

Do to event beyond my control, namely my sister needing the net for her college work and it raining, for some reason whenever it rains lately my net connection dissappears for upto 12 hours.
So I have only just been able to get on the net again, so stuttgart will be a smoldering pile of ash by 0400 GMT saturday morning, even if I have to stay up all night just to get make sure I get on.

It seems that the LWB have found a new, powerful ally... the [Phantom] Empire!
Thats right, a [Phantom] battleship was found launching mortars at Synth-Food farms on planet Stuttgart.
However the brave forces of the [RM] managed to force it to withdraw without finishing it's evil task of bombarding our fair planet.
Two battleship patrols, assisted by several civilian and police patrols, engaged the [Phantom} battleship, one cruiser was crippled and crashed into the moon Aalen while a second was destroyed by the [Phantom] ship, one of the battleships was heavily damaged and is awaiting a tow back to the Oder shipyard.
We will continue you to update you as soon as we have any more information.
I'm reporting in to enlighten all as to who was behind this grievous act against Stuttgart under the guise of an LWB raid. I've obtained evidence that the [Phantoms] were behind this attack. Below I've attached screenshots taken of the act while it happened. I destroyed the battleships' missiles before they could do any damage.
I was able to hail the police and nearby battle groups. They responded as quick as they could. It proved a lucky distraction for a one =BSG=Exailian Trader who, after quickly stopping for a scan, was able to escape the [Phantom]'s detection.
Stuttgart and its inhabitants are safe...for the moment.
