Neutral vessels to explore with

I've always used the Kusari Explorer, of course I'm a GMG player, but really it is an excellant ship.
It's power supply is equal with the largest GBs.
7 turrets generously placed with impressive arcs. That rear one fires almost fully forward the degree of difference seeming less than that of a forward cannon turret arc.
It is less maneoverable than other GB's but as someone else pointed out it can fire 3 missiles or you can load it with cerbs, pulses or razors.
