Found it on DA when looking for 'Propoganda'.

Edit : Hmm, with a new avatar comes a new signature. <strike>Anyone happen to have that woman from Red Alert 3, Soviet union? You know, the one in the leather skirt giving you all the rundowns. Those are my favourites of the 25 Silhouttes i made for my Brush set.
I am working on it to finish them as the Brush set for Photoshop now.
