Christopher stood one last time until the other had a chance to say something

"Seems funny your avoiding what i have just said as of such Ill let the others speak there peace and maybe we wouldn't of hunted you if you hadn't of betrayed your oath and the order, Hows your carrier since Toledo"

Christopher sat back down still holding his cold blank expression while look at the others to see if they had anything to add.

Admiral Asar stands up.

"you don't know what torturing is, torturing is when you totally rip off a Bounty Hunter Battleship, then leave them no engine, no weapons, no shields, no radar,no radio, no transmitter or food and then leave them there for a few months. that's called torturing, we blow their ships up and let most of their escape pods escape, we only cause them some financial damage, we are pretty much doing it the nice way."

he sits back down.

Christopher stood up

Admiral Asar is only stating what one form of torture is and that's kiddy stuff compared to what they do to us, and the navy, now stop avoiding what i have said before and share with us any evidence of the Order command being corrupt.

Christopher sat back down and again waited to see if of the others wonted to say anything.

"you want evidence? ill present it to you then. during many battles fought with Sius Malacos incharge there was a lack of presence. some say he came to corrupt to show himself. Others say he is plotting diabolical plasn. i Believe he is the real THREAT now. A osiris infected man you guys are low security. I stole 3 light carriers from evora shipyard alogn with blueprints for a gunboat and to rebuild the carrier if need be. And the BHG jsut walk in cause there is no defense at the Minor to Delta jump hole. Now you understand why they get to toledos orbit quickly?"

Nathaw still wants a public trial.

Christopher Stands up once agian

"Lets highlight some of what you just said."

Quote:some say he came to corrupt to show himself. Others say he is plotting diabolical plans.

"People saying it is not enough evidence, now that reason is void, because you are unable to provide any hard evidence. Admirals are busy people and if they pooped up all the time it gives the enemy the opportunity to assassinate them let alone Grand Admiral."

Quote:I stole 3 light carriers from Evora shipyard along with blueprints

"The blue prints can only be accessed by Admirals, so you would have fakes to lure people like you into a trap, this would be a spy trap in which case you were caught in, i mean come on who leaves the plans for every one to see, secondly who would supply you the Zoners? they already stated they won't, that and you would have needed a shipyard."

"The only reason you got away with three light carriers is because you ran before we knew you were rebels so that is also a void argument about our security"

Christopher sits back down and now will wait for the others to say something

Rand Seith was watching the dialogue with a sign of boredom. As a man of action and solutions, he preferred to think in triangles, not circles. When he started to talk, his voice was harder than iron and colder than the depths of black space.

- ''The last thing I need is another fuzz. Officer Nathaw accepts the stealing of Order blueprints and ships, risking them to fall into enemy hands. Killing Order agents and causing the loss of resources, as well as risking the personnel on the ships.''

He turned his face towards the screen to look Nathaw in the eyes. Rand had no softness in his glare. It was a statue talking.

- ''Officer Nathaw, your actions do not bind others and they are also guilty of their own actions and shall face with a trial.''

When he stood up and started to talk again, there was a small hint of sadness in his voice.

- ''I, Grand Admiral Rand Seith, keeper of the banner of Order Primary Fleet, found you guilty of murder, thievery and treason. You have risked our cause, even if it had flaws, causing death, pain, loss and destruction was not the way to resolve it. You had the chance to come out and talk to others if not Malacos himself. This was an act of pure haste and you were a fool to move without thinking. Nothing you can do can bring those lives back and soothe the pain of their beloved ones.''

When Rand started to talk again after a brief moment of silence, his voice was heavier than a thunder, his eyes had a rage. One that people tried to avoid when he was in that mood, even his superiors back in his officer days.

- ''Nat, who are you to judge and decide on the deaths of those people? There are lots of ways for a capital ship to disable its attacker instead of blowing it to space dust. You acted as a complete fool. It is my self control that keeps you from being sent to the gallow's pole. It is my call to rip you of your ranks, ships, access to any Order influenced and controlled space and cast off from our home once, and for all. I never ever want to see your face again. If I do, you ll meet with a wolf rather than a man.''

Rand meant every word. If it wasn't for a greater cause and if Rand didn't have that personal improvement he got within the Order, Nathaw would have been dealt with within the day. It wasn't hard to capture one if Order wanted that badly. It would be a loss of resources, yes, but it was possible.

With that Rand headed towards the exit of the chamber, turning back to Admiral Mirage before his exit;

- ''Admiral, you have my decision and will, please head the council and come with your verdict. I have to give my attention elsewhere. And if I stay, this man and his friends will beg to die in Iota rather than in my hands.''

Rand rushed out of the chambers... without emotion. There were too many things to handle to be in an emotional state.

Mirage wasn't really paying much attention to the discussion , after she spoke. It was hard for her to believe that there would actually be a different opinion in the matter. To her , showing mercy towards someone was a sign of weakness and being weak got a lot of people killed in this war. However , her vote was vastly outnumbered and even the new Grand Admiral showed , some , mercy towards these rebellious dogs. What kind of example will this new High Command set for future troublemakers if they simply let them live ? Her thoughts drifted into many possible outcomes , all affected from this decision , the rest of the command took lightly. Or so she believed. It was a shame the person who was brought before this trial was only a head on a holo-screen , if not , Mirage might have taken a peek inside his thoughts , inside his mind.

Eliminating everyone involved in this pathetic rebellion was the best option , letting them live was risky , because there is nothing stopping these dogs to reveal secrets about the Order to its enemies. On the other hand , many low ranking pilots within the Order are convinced that the High Command is corrupt and has lost its ideal , mercy might change that and the Grand Admiral will surely gain many people to believe in him and believe in justice. Well , if blind ideals , truth and almost "holy" missions , make them look away from what the Order must really do , why not. After all , if this little pest decided to return again and start another "rebellion" , his head was hers for the taking. It's a win - win situation for Mirage , in any way.

Without even standing from her seat , Mirage began talking , but her usual cold tone was completely gone and replaced by nothing but boredom. She sounded like someone , explaining cold fusion to a child.

" Enemies of the Order get killed , spies and infiltrators , get tortured and after which killed , pests however are simply removed from existence. It is nothing short of a miracle that the rest of the people in this room decided that you aren't even worth killing. "

Mirage extended her hand and gently took a glass of water , she then returned the glass to the table and continued.

" Let me make this clear for you. This is the last time you stand before an agent of the Order , you have not seen , used or even read about any Order technology and after today , you wont even know who or what the Order is. Thank the Grand Admiral for the mercy he showed today , it is because of him that you will live to breath another day. "

" I will personally assign two of my men to escort you away from Order space , away from even the Omicrons. Take my advice , start over , perhaps there is a place in the world for a worm such as yourself. "
