Love it. Clean and simple, no over-the-top effects that throw it off. I don't really have anything to recommend, as I think it's pretty as-is.

Waaay too much glow. I can't really look past that right now to see what's hiding behind all the light. Try removing the outer glow from most of the objects of the signature as well as the body of the sig as well. To be honest, the only thing on which I think the glow works well is the character render (isn't that the guy from House?). I would scrap it on everything else except maybe the text if you made it less blatantly large. For that it shouldn't be too much larger than 5 pixels or so.

I'd comment the parts of the sig not pertaining to the glow, but it's just so out of place in general that I wouldn't be able to give an unbiased opinion on anything else. I feel like I'm literally blinded by the light <.<

Great, now you did it. Now we're all going to have to start putting house in our signatures and avatars again to prove that you arent cool enough for him.

We had to do that with vincent or whoever a while back -_-
