The pot is better in Canada, for sure, and the cops don't give a crap (they don't in the UK either, to be fair). The health care isn't better or worse than the UK really.

It all comes down to how much you like snow, I guess. That and whether, in certain places, you can be bothered waiting an extra year to buy liquor.
