Another thing, so if there was an Outcast ascendant from a long line of wealthy family, that decided to join the =CR= the CR and outcast would have a better chance of an alliance? (and i just used CR as an example)

Seriously. The outcast wouldn't be accepted.

Corsairs and the order were never on hostile relations. its a different story all together.
