Found a new Ship

Ya, its 800 years old, but look at the Outcast capital ships, especially the Dessie.It has many features found on the sleeper ships, like the engine's position, which makes me believe that the Oc's didn't forgot the design, at least.

Their only basis was the Hispania floating in orbit. The Colonial Remnant stole all the light fighter craft inside the Hispania, so the Outcasts would have had to start from scratch. They also have one ship to model their designs after: The Hispania.

However, I don't want to fly it.

It kinda looks like the Salvager or something... but what would this be classified as? Fighter/freighter/transport/capship?

Im assuming civ at the moment... but maybe IMG?

i just made it for fun, cause the ship design is nice ... but for real...

this ship is over 800 years old! - thats like using a mule coach on the highway. - while "alien" ancient technology is often associated with something amazing.... ancient HUMAN technology is rather associated with a pile of rubbish.

if this design was "refitted" and progressed throughout the ages - we d get...... an outcast destroyer.

i just made it cause its sometimes a challenge and fun to model something from 2 rather bad images.

Let's do it. I mean hell, there are FAR worse imports out there. This is at least from the right universe. It's the right style, so what if the external shape is 800 years old, it's what's under the hood (and what that hood is made of) that counts.

It's at least not a Battlestar. Seems like we've got everything but TIE fighters buzzing around Sirius now... this is better.

Huh? The CR stole designs from the Hispania? When did this happen?

By the way Jinx, that ship is awesome. If people made StarLancer mods for Freelancer, this would definitely fit in. I think I have seen some mods too, but the development for all of them has died.

Well, does it matter that its old? Its not outdated anyway. Even now you can buy a car from 1930 and is it outdatted? no its veteran, its great:)Im not against putting these models into new version of mod.
