To all Colonial Fleet and Colonial Civilian vessels. I have been informed that there is a rogue Zephyr Carrier operating under the flag of the Colonial Fleet. This is to be Considered to be a STOLEN piece of military hardware and is to be returned back to us at ALL costs. Preferrably with the Commander of the vessel alive to answer for his crimes.
As always this is treated the same as all of our other military hardware issues, however i have been authourised by the President to offer a Full Pardon to the perpatrator of the nefarious use of this vessel, if he or she, turns themselves in before we have to come and retrieve the hardware by force. This is an official authourisation to use deadly force against the target.
This part is to all vessels, the only valid Colonial vessels are the ones transmitting the =CR= prefix. Any other vessels should not be considered to be part of the Colonial Republic, even if they hold our transponder and our identification card.
If you spot any vessel doing this please contact the nearest Colonial Vessel.
